About this artwork

Artist Lee Smith illustrates a long-ago memory of a child's TV show starring a german-shepherd dog. One day the dog and his boy were saved from a buffalo stampede by the mysterious and mystical White Buffalo...rendered here with broad strokes in bright colors, texture pens and bold blue/black outlines. Part of the artist's series on endangered Bison.
