About this artwork

This piece is part of Nick Savides's series depicting New York's High Line throughout the year. It was a blustery December afternoon and very few people were walking along the High Line, explains Nick. I was taken by a grove of birch trees set against The Standard hotel. From this perspective, you are looking above a stairway entrance, and its glass walls provide interesting reflections.
