About this artwork
I enjoy thinking about what the woods are like to the birds hopping among the branches. While creating this piece I wanted to show the patterns and lights and magic happening among the leaves. I started this piece with a textured wash of acrylic inks, added watercolor and more inks. There is iridescent paint here and there to give added sparkle. This piece is painted on 100% cotton paper.
