About this artwork

One of artist Onelio Marrero's close neighbors is a master at the art of Bonsai. When spring begins, my neighbor, Mark, goes about placing his potted plants on their display stands after having survived the winter months, says Onelio. I captured him as he happily goes about his work on examining, pruning, and displaying his treasured trees in the early morning sunlight.
