About this artwork

All the layers that make up the woods are so fascinating as colors and shapes overlay and overlap each other. There's so much complexity as each layer gives meaning to another. Layers are part of caring as well. Watching birds care for each other is amazing. With soft sounds and gestural poses they convey their regard and care for each other. There's a bit of iridescent paint in this piece.
