Panoramic view of an aqua sky above green spring fields. A linear network of suggested roads and field divisions is echoed by crisscrossing clouds. In the middle ground, a tiny red barn is surrounded by a stand of trees. Hazy grey mountains lie on the horizon. Oils mixed with cold wax medium were applied with a silicon spreading tool instead of brushes, keeping the details loose and adding an abstract painterly quality. Refreshing, lighthearted palette.
