About this artwork

On my last visit to Venice, I was lucky to experience Acqua Alta. The level of the sea had risen temporarily, and Piazza San Marco was partially covered with water, making an unforgettable impression. It was a gorgeous day, with blue sky, sunshine, and beautiful classical music drifting over the square.
