About this artwork

This painting was inspired by a beautiful winter scene. Western mountains spotted with evergreen trees and banks of snow depict a natural, outdoor scene. Hues of purple, green, lavender, and blue dominate the rustic vista. The painting was created in a square format and the paint extends across the edges of the painting so that it can be hung with our without a frame.
