About this artwork

Artist Drew McSherry has a deep love for mythological creatures, especially ones from Greek mythology. Centaurs and satyrs are some of my favorites as they represent the two different sides that exist within human beings, says Drew. The human side that represents the expectations of society which often stands in contrast to the untamed, emotional, and creative side of the animal.
