About this artwork

WINTER SILOS is a original still life watercolor painted in the realist tradition. It is composed of wooden thread spools that represent farm silo's. I imagine a farm scene in the winter with silos, and a stream running through them. I purposely down played bright colors and kept the value on the darker side. This watercolor was painted on heavy weight acid free paper.
