About this artwork

In artist Jo Galang's quiet piece, a clear river stream flows through mossy rocks. She draws inspiration from the amazingly peaceful and soothing Kanaka Creek. I would always welcome a quiet time to reflect on all the goodness this side of heaven offers, says Jo. Stillness surrounds this place that birds chirping would be heard so loudlyÑeven the winds that blow are deafening and resounding.
