About this artwork
I see a vast area of watery streams and pools. Marsh grasses stretch as far as the eye can see. The sun, somewhere up there in a cloudy sky, is just bright enough to change the look of the land. Everything is alive and green, except that wasted tree back there. It's the one element out of sync with the view. That's why I left it in my painting. This piece is on gallery wrapped canvas and the painting continues around the sides. It comes varnished, wired, and ready to hang.
