About this artwork

This is the seventh in a series of pieces done from old photographs of the now extinct amusement park, Idora Park in Youngstown, Ohio. I think of this work as the Carousel Man because he arose from photos of the old carousel that now resides in Brooklyn, NY.The artwork has been mounted on 12 x 8 foam board for stability.
