About this artwork

After an inspiring trip to the island of Tenerife off the coast of northwestern Africa, artist Fernando Bosch created this energetic, abstract painting of the Atlantic Ocean. He says he worked to convey the water's intense blue and strength as it bathes the Canary Islands.
