About this artwork

Artist John McCabe paints three anthropomorphic animals and a man in a sizable ten-gallon hat. His concept revolves around the classic band photo shoot with a playful roster of members. The lineup happens to have a giraffe as a bass player, a pig playing rhythm guitar, and a cow on drums. This later served as a show poster for a performance by our band, Good at Rockets, at the Orange County Fair's Meadows Stage, shares John.
