Erika Fabókné Kocsi | Artist Profile Photo
Erika Fabókné Kocsi
Nagykáta, Pest, Hungary
Artist Erika Fabókné Kocsi exhibits the breathtaking beauty of natural panoramas in impressionist watercolor landscapes. She depicts nature in meticulous details painted in the finest of strokes. Having visual arts as a considerable part of her life since childhood, she advances the possibility of sharing her art and inspiration with the world. “I am fully aware of my responsibility,” declares Erika. She does every flower, fruit, still life object, or scenery she paints with immense love—a resolute articulation of her adoration for her heritage and Hungarian hometown, Nagykáta. Erika often travels and takes photographs as references but occasionally creates pieces at the source. She dedicated a tidy and spacious home studio filled with natural light where she could express who she entirely is. Her work has been featured in Croatian galleries and numerous Hungarian art conventions, with select pieces having traveled to Italy, Turkey, France, and Mexico. When Erika is out of the studio, she teaches at a local school in pedagogy.
