About this artwork

I had not used pure Prussian Blue nor Cerulean Blue in a painting in a while and wanted to play around with these colors. I thought a monochromatic floral with a splash of orangey red and yellow would work in this piece. I often listen to music when I paint and was listening to Billie Holiday, hence the title. Please forgive my dog photo-bombing one of the photos. The painting is painted with a palette knife and is very textured. The colors wrap to the sides and will arrive wired and ready to hang.
