Collection Spotlight: The Perspective Collection

One of art’s most dynamic qualities, is its ability to present a new perspective. Art guides the mind to shift perspectives and see things from another’s point of view.

Our newest collection, The Perspective Collection gradually zooms out. The collection begins with up-close still lifes and portraits and ends with vast contemplative landscapes. This array of viewpoint moves the emphasis from foreground, then mid-ground, and finally background.

Paintings that emphasize vastness – like seascapes, skyscapes, and landscapes featured at the end of the collection – can have the same effect that people experience sitting on the beach or looking at stars: they remind the viewer of the immensity of the universe and put daily stresses into perspective.
